1. General Bonus Terms & Conditions
1.1 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the PrimeBetz promotions page under each promotion descriptive text.
1.2 By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by Primebetz, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.
1.3 In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of PrimeBetz Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.
1.4 In case of any dispute, the decision taken by PrimeBetz management is final.
1.5 PrimeBetz also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional details and terms and conditions and in case of any changes, the date of the last updated version will be published at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
1.6 Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates.
1.7 In case of any differences in the terms and conditions between the English version and the other languages displayed on the PrimeBetz website, the English language version will always prevail.
1.8 Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. PrimeBetz reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account. We reserve the right to not pay players using disposable email addresses.

1.10 When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount and bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”. If for any reason there is no maximum value specified for the bonus, the maximum value will be 100 EUR/USD/AUD/NZD/CAD, 2000 ZAR and 1000 NOK.
1.11 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. Players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering started in order to remove the current bonus and disable all future bonuses.
1.12 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 10 EUR/USD/AUD/NZD/CAD, ZAR 200 and NOK 100 or equivalent in another currency.
1.13 Unless otherwise stated, classic deposit/reload bonuses (except Welcome Package) are subject to a wagering requirement of forty times thirty five (x40 x35) the bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn. Welcome Package bonuses (Welcome bonus, Second deposit bonus, Third deposit bonus) have wagering requirement of fifty (x50).
1.14 Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 5 EUR, 5 USD, 50 NOK, 5 AUD, 5 NZD, 5 CAD and 80 ZAR. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black, and also in-game bonus features that can be purchased.
1.15 The maximum winning that will be paid out resulting from a bonus or free spins will be: a. for deposit cash bonus – ten (10x) times bonus amount; b. no deposit cash bonus – five (5x) times bonus amount; no deposit free spins – 25 EUR/USD/AUD/NZD/CAD, 500 ZAR and 250 NOK. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited. In order to be able to withdraw a win from a no deposit registration bonus a player needs to make a deposit of 10 EUR/AUD/NZD/NAD/CAD/USD, 200 ZAR, 100 NOK
1.16 If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited
1.17 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.
1.18 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
1.19 Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance (unless otherwise stated in the special promotions below).
1.20 With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending/withdrawal.
1.21 Bonuses offered by Primebetz are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, Primebetz reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. PrimeBetz can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in PrimeBetz promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by PrimeBetz management
1.22 Until bonuses are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance
1.23 PrimeBetz reserves the right to bar a player from receiving the promotions at any time.
1.24 Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfilment. For example if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet 10€, 10€ will contribute towards wagering fulfilment.

2. Bonus play-through requirements
2.1 Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the casino.
